Overview

Our vehicle software package CoWorks is designed for workshops, hauliers and vehicle fleet management companies with technicians of 5-30+.

CoWorks includes all the functionality of Workshop Pro with additional features such as real-time monitoring and management of vehicle fleet repairs and technician activity. Our vehicle software application CoWorks has been designed to allow your Technicians to log on site, log onto a Job and automatically start the clock ticking. Once completed they simply log off the Job to stop the clock, giving you immediate and accurate management information.

CoWorks provides real-time monitoring and management of vehicle repairs and technician activity.

  1. A Technician Panel is used by Technicians to log on / off site, clock on and clock off jobs, go diverted on non-productive jobs (diverted hours), away collecting parts and request holidays.

  2. From their own PCs your staff are provided with a real-time monitoring functionality throughout the process of a vehicle repair, called Workshop Task Manager (WTM). They can view the status of any Job from booking the vehicle in, right through to the completion stage, finally handing the keys over to the owner.

CoWorks is very easy to use with a user friendly interface, our vehicle software allows for all the labels and headers to be changed to fit your operation. CoWorks has a quick view page allowing you to see overdue vehicle maintenance records, open purchase orders, defects, stock levels and much more.

Automation

Our vehicle software package CoWorks allows the user to book jobs into the Workshop, create a job card and allocate a technician to a Job. Once the job has been started you can view its process in real time with its WTM (Workshop task manager) system. CoWorks will even let you know the moment a job has been completed via a "pop up" notification.

This automation is a must to help save on valuable time, effort and paperwork, giving you a quick return on investment.

Collaboration and Integration

Apart from its functional excellence, our vehicle software system RFM includes a number of indispensable features that make it a must have for any company operating a fleet of vehicles. All of the RFM modules talk to each other and share base data for the utmost ease for the user. For instance, a vehicle entry created in the Workshop module will also be available in the CoWorks, Breakdown Manager, Rental & Driver Pro modules and vice versa.

In addition to the internal association of modules, our vehicle software system RFM also collaborates with third party applications like Sage Line 50 accounts package and Microsoft Excel, Word etc. However, RFM can seamlessly integrate with other platforms and systems. The system includes a powerful reporting module which makes generating extremely complex reports a matter of a mouse-click. RFM (combined modules) currently provides over 80 reports to choose from.
