book them in advance and manage the movement of your vehicles / plant via it's built
in movement calendar.
Create customer tariffs and raise rental agreements. Generate invoices daily, weekly
or monthly in arrears or advance with it's built in invoicing system and much more.
Build up valuable information against your vehicles / plant and customers for marketing
etc.
Our vehicle software system is very easy to use with a user friendly interface,
all the labels and headers can be changed to fit your operation. Rental Pro has
a quick view page for easy access allowing you to see overdue vehcile / plant maintenance
records, check for software updates and help.

Collaboration and Integration
Apart from its functional excellence, our vehicle software system RFM includes a
number of indispensable features that make it a must have for any company operating
a fleet of vehicles. All of the RFM modules talk to each other and share base data
for the utmost ease for the user. For instance, a vehicle entry created in the Workshop
module will also be available in the CoWorks, Breakdown Manager, Rental & Driver
Pro modules and vice versa.
In addition to the internal association of modules, our vehicle software system
RFM also collaborates with third party applications like Sage Line 50 accounts package
and Microsoft Excel, Word etc. However, RFM can seamlessly integrate with other
platforms and systems. The system includes a powerful reporting module which makes
generating extremely complex reports a matter of a mouse-click. RFM (combined modules)
currently provides over 80 reports to choose from.
