Workshop Pro is our vehicle software solution for workshops with technicians, fleet management companies and hauliers.

Our Workshop Pro vehicle software ticks all the boxes when it comes to your fleet management requirements, from the very first time you use Workshop Pro you will be hooked. Its user interface is pleasing to use, controls are simple, and you get to the data you need within a few clicks.

With the Workshop Pro software you can build up valuable information against vehicles, customers, suppliers and stock. Raise job cards and allocate them to your technicians. Create purchase orders for ordering parts & stock from suppliers. Control the stock on your shelves with its stock control system. Control your own or customers defects, and generate invoices to your customers with its built in invoicing system and much more.

All the labels and headers can be adjusted to fit your operation. Workshop Pro has a quick view page for easy access, allowing you to see overdue Fleet Maintenance records, open Job Cards, purchase orders, defects and stock records.

Collaboration and Integration

Apart from its functional excellence, our vehicle software system RFM includes a number of indispensable features that make it a must have for any company operating a fleet of vehicles. All of the RFM modules talk to each other and share base data for the utmost ease for the user. For instance, a vehicle entry created in the Workshop module will also be available in the CoWorks, Breakdown Manager, Rental & Driver Pro modules and vice versa.

In addition to the internal association of modules, our vehicle software system RFM also collaborates with third party applications like Sage Line 50 accounts package and Microsoft Excel, Word etc. However, RFM can seamlessly integrate with other platforms and systems. The system includes a powerful reporting module which makes generating extremely complex reports a matter of a mouse-click. RFM (combined modules) currently provides over 80 reports to choose from.
