We took the decision in July 2010 to trial the Blue Crystal RFM system alongside our existing rental system with assurances from Blue Crystal that it would improve our business and save costs. With over 1400 trailers on our fleet it was a big decision to make, so we trialed RFM for 4 months to see if it ‘does what it says on the tin’. From 1st Dec 2010 we made the decision to go live. I have recently purchased Workshop Pro from Blue Crystal. The online demo was very helpful in my decision. The install was simple as Blue crystal did everything for me including setting up invoice headers etc. and also for emailing invoices. Once the system was up and running I found it relatively simple to use and if required assistance was only a phone call or email away, with a very rapid response. Since Having RFM installed we have saved on paperwork and admin costs. The software is constantly being upgraded and Blue Crystal have a great IT department that are always on the end of a phone to help. Concise reports are made available with ease giving you details of times and costs for every vehicle and the list goes on and on. We are now a part of RFM live, our customers can now log on and see how their vehicles are doing and download any documentation with ease. Since starting with Blue Crystal I have found the support I am provided with is second to none. Whenever I have had a problem or needed a little extra training there has always been a friendly voice on the end of the phone to help me. We started off just using the system for maintenance, however we are now using it for the defects, invoicing, and tyre stocks. The system is easy to use and support is always on hand should I need it (we have not have many technical issues other than user errors) There are a few areas of the system we are not using yet but having found the system so user friendly I am confident we will use more of the functions provided over the next year to assist with our Profit and Loss reports.

We have been using the BCS software now for some time and it has proved very useful to our business. The different functions and facets of the software have improved our throughput in the workshop no end.
